TimeSuite Module - Timesheet Export

Once approved, timesheets are automatically available for export and also for the built in invoicing system (if your subscription plan includes this option).


Downloading the timesheet data is as easy as clicking a button. The data is prepared in a CSV (comma separated value) file and zipped. Your browser will then handle the download, allowing you to save the file to your local system for further processing.

The downloaded file includes all the information necessary to identify the timesheet entry including:

  • Employee ID
  • Employee Name
  • Date
  • Project Name
  • Project Code
  • Client Name
  • Comment
  • Job Type Name
  • Job Type Code
  • Cost Centre Name
  • Cost Centre Code
  • Unit of Measurement
  • Actual Quantity
  • Actual Value
  • Approved Quantity
  • Approved Value
