TimeSuite is a customised business management application.
It is based on a system that fullfils many of the requirements of project based organisations. We then customise this to deliver exactly what you require.
This gives you the functionality of a custom developed system without the price tag normally associated with such a system.
Our pricing normally includes
- System analysis and design;
- System development and testing;
- System installation;
- Data transfer (eg from existing systems) if required;
- Personnel training as required;
- Telephone and email support after that.
After this initial period, we offer either additional support and development services as a support agreement or we can maintain support on an "as required" basis.
Neither of these options are compulsary.
TimeSuite can be purchased either in a one off payment where you purchase the system and run it from your own servers, or it can also be hosted on our own secure servers.
The first option is most suited to larger organisations with existing network and server availability whereas the second option is ideal for smaller businesses because we look after all the hardware and software requirements.
If you purchase TimeSuite outright, there are
- NO annual fees (other than optional support as mentioned above);
- NO fees per user (you can have as many users as you like);
- NO limit on the number of projects you can track.
If you choose to have TimeSuite hosted on our own servers, then we can offer low cost annual fees based on the number of users you require. A user is defined as anyone with access to the system. There is no limit on the number of projects etc that you can track.
