The Address book module of TimeSuite allows your organisation to have one central, easily managed source for all contact details of any person or organisation with a relationship to your organisation. These can include clients, contractors and internal personnel.

Each person or organisations details can be maintained using a simple web interface.
Roles based security allows only authorised persons to make any changes to details.
All authorised users can search the system for contact details. Search fields can include any of the fields shown in the image below.
