From simply providing a centralised contacts system, to providing complex, real time reports on project status, TimeSuite is there to make your life easier.

Project managers can track personnel, costs, resources, assign tasks, generate reports on project status, drill down to individual tasks and timesheets and maintain communication with team members for unlimited numbers of projects.

Team members can easily manage their timesheets, track tasks and projects they are involved in and maintain communication with each other.

Accounts can easily generate invoices or transfer timesheets to an existing accounting system, track resource usage / time expenditure by person, project, task, manager and many other measures.

TimeSuite can quickly create and email PDF format invoices and statements to clients saving you money on postage and stationary.

Resource usage# such as printouts, and other consumables can be automatically assigned to projects or other cost centres. This data flows directly to the invoicing system with no further intervention required.

Travel and other incidental costs can easily be added to a project and flow directly to the invoicing system to be charged to the client if required.

 

How TimeSuite works

TimeSuite is a web based business management system.

"Web based" means that all data and code is held on one central computer in the same manner as most websites. This computer (or server as it is more commonly known) is generally located on your premises, as such you have complete control of it.

Users interact with the system by using a web browser such as Microsft Internet Explorer or FireFox.

There is no need to worry about installing software on each users computer. In addition, the system can be made available at multiple offices or indeed on a clients site, provided there is a connection to the internet.

TimeSuite incorporates a complex security system which allows users to access the system only when they have a valid login. Once logged in, what they can access is further controlled by the use of roles.
One or more members of your organisation can be assigned to manage the entire security system using a simple web based interface.

The system uses Microsoft SQL Server to store data. If you wish, you can choose Oracle instead. Both these database systems are world leaders in security and reliability, meaning that your data is safe and secure.
